3/4 OZ LIME JUICE

4 CHUNKS OF PINEAPPLE

Place pineapple chunks in mixing glass.

Add moonshine and lime juice.

Top with ice and shake vigorously.

Add ginger beer into mixing glass, then strain into an iced mug.

Garnish as desired and serve

1 OZ LIME JUICE

1 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

3 OZ CLUB SODA

Place mint and lime juice in a pint glass and muddle

Add ice and all other ingredients except for the club soda

Place shaker on top of pint glass and shake vigorously

Pour back into pint glass, top with club soda, and garnish with a lime wedge

2 OZ GUAVA JUICE

3 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE

Place all ingredients in a pint glass with ice

Place the shaker on top of a pint glass and shake

Pour back into a pint glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge

Pour in all ingredients except the guava nectar

Place shaker on top of pint glass and shake

Pour from shaker into pint glass, float the guava nectar on top,

and garnish with an orange wedge
