1 ounce of Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Bitters

Strain and Pour into fresh ice and garnish with orange and cherry.

1 ounce of Passion Fruit
1 ounce of Marmalade
2 ounces of Orange Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Dash of Grenadine

Garnish with Orange and Cherry.

Stormy Weather

2 ounces of Aged Rum
1 ounce of Lime Juice
2 ounces of Ginger Beer

Garnish with Lime and Cherry.
