3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Ice

Shake with ice and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and lime.

3 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Ice

Shake with ice and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with lime.

2 oz. Club Soda
1 oz. Simple Syrup
6 fresh mint leaves
Ice

Muddle mint and simple syrup. Add Key Lime Concoction and ice. Top with club soda. Stir gently.

1½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Cream
Ice

Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
